The latest information about Tropical Storm IDA is that has weakened. However, strong onshore flow continues along coastal areas of the Florida Panhandle. Water levels in this are are currently running around 3 feel above normal with a total storm tide of 3 to 5 feet.
Althought tide has passed, the continued onshore flow will lead to a very slow fall in water levels through the day. Winds are expected to weaken this evening and then become offshore overnight which will end the coastal flood threat.
